◆ 主要研究内容
主要从事细胞生物学蛋白质胞内运输研究。主要研究方向:1)研究平面细胞极化(Planar cell polarity, PCP)核心蛋白Frizzled-6 从内质网(ER)输出的分子机制;2)研究调控发育过程中重要信号通路因子音猬因子(Sonic hedgehog, Shh)胞内转运过程中的分选及分泌过程的分子机制;3)宿主細胞因子在调控严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV2)进入宿主细胞过程中作用的研究。
